Palace of Nymphenburg

This week we are having one holliday week in the highschool. Today is monday and we are going to visit the palace of Nymphenburg in Munich. We were Mathias, Jana and me. 

We took the train to go there in the Morning. It was a sunny and warm day. At first glanze when I saw the palace I was impresed by how big it was and how large the gardens where. We visited the palace inside and it was very beautifull. After that we went for a walk in the gardens of the palace and then to take the train to a different part of the city. 

We went to the square where they celebrate the Oktober fest where we had some amazing views of the city of Munich and we also had lunch in a kebab wich was very good. We visited the statue of Bavaria wich was very tall. Finally we went home.

 It was a great day with a very good weather where I saw a different part of the city that a did not saw before.

Wednesday

 Today I have decided to cook some Spanish food. I will make a potato omelette and croquets. First and foremost I had to go to buy the ingredients wich was a little bit complicated because I wanted to buy a special type of fish but I didn´t know how to say it in German. Finally I mangeds myself to buy everything. I started to cook at 12:00. Firstly, I prepared the croquets and then the omelette. It took more time than I expected so I finished at 14:30 wich is quite late for them. I think the omellete was very good but I should have prepare more food. Then the croquets were good but I will have to improve for the next them. In my view the liked the food wich made me feel good. 

In the afternoon I went for a walk to Starnberg wich is one of the lakes and I visited a church were it is said that king Ludwig II died. It was a very beautifull place. Then we went to the village wich was also very beautifull and we had some amazing views of the Alps mountains.

Numberg

 Today is Sunday and I am going to visit the city of Numberg with my host family. We had to drive two hours so we lived early in the morning. When we arrived to the city of Numberg we saw the house of Alberto Durero. It was very interesting watching the house and how they lived five hundred years ago. There were not any original peinture but there were some copies of the peintures that were very beautifull. After that we went for having lunch to a restaurant and I tried the sausages of Numberg. After visitting the house we went to visit the castle. I learnt a little bit about the history of Bavaria. We also had some amazing views of the city from the top of the tower. At the end of the day we went for a walk throught the city. It is a very beautifull city. Finally we went back to the house. 

WEDNESDAY 15/02/2023

Today I had a guided tour in Munich. We went with the other exchange students from Murcia. This guided tour was in the morning, it was a sunny and warmy day. I went to Munich before but the guided tour was very interesting and we learnt some interesting fact about the history of Munich. I love the city of Munich because it is very beautifull. When we finish the tour it was the time of saying goodbye to the students in Murcia because they were leaving on Thursday. We really had a great time with them. After that the students from Logroño, we went to having a sausage to the market. When we finished having lunch we went shopping to some shops that we do not have in Spain. At the end of the day we went back to Gershing. 

NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE

 Today, we had maken a school trip to the Neuschwastein castle. I was very excited because everone has talked to me about it. There are others Spanish exchange students from Murcia. They were twenty and they were staying for just one week. We are making the school trip with them.

 When we were getting into the area of the castle I was amazed of the countryside and the impressive views. The castle was very beautifull, it is exactley what you imagined when you hear the fantasy tales when you were a child. We went inside the castle with a guided tour but the explanation was not very good and in the inside was not so amazing than from the outside. However, visitting the castle was worth it because we had amazing view of the mountains and the lakes. Then we had lunch in one of the lakes and it was very beautifull. 

It was also a great experienced because we were with the students from Murcia and they were very nice. Is always nice to met new people.

SATURDAY 11/02/2023

 Today I am very excited because I will watch a Bayern Munich football game in the Allianz Arena. I is my first time watching a football match in a big stadium. In spite the fact that my favourite football team is Barcelona I am very excited. I went there with Mathias, Jana´s brother. We had to go by train and it was very long way by train but finally we arrived there. There were many people there and the stadium was amazing. When we enter in the stadium I had a very strong felling because all the fans singing and suporting the team. The places were hight but we could watched the game perfectly. It was a very interesting game in wich Bayern scored three goals to Bochum winning the game. 

In the evening, I went with Jana to aparty of one of her friends that was her birthday. It was in her house. I really had a great time and it was a great chance to met with many people of the highschool.

TUESDAY 9/02/2023

  I have already spent one week in Germany. I am really having a great experienced and I think I am getting used to living here very well. 

Today it was a normal day in school. The first two lessons were French and maths. French is being one of my favourite lessons because is one of the few lessons where I could understand the lessons and also I am learning new things. After that, we had maths and then it was the lunch brake. After the lunch brake, I had religion. that lesson seemed to be more interesting than the religion class in Spain. Even thought I couldn´t understand what the teacher was saying I could translate the text we were reading. 

In the afternoon we went to have dinner to an Indian restaurant with my host family. I really liked the food.
